Grow through change. Reconnect with what matters.

When life changes, emotions can surface in unexpected ways

You may be navigating a move, professional upheaval, parenting stress, or strain in your relationships. Sometimes it’s a quieter weight—the slow buildup of pressure or the echo of old pain shaping how you feel today.

Maybe you're functioning on the outside,

but inside you may find it harder to hold all together; like you're stretched thin, more reactive, or emotionally distant from the people and parts of life that matter most. You might find yourself somewhere between grief and growth—longing for change, but unsure how to begin.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and gently face what’s been hard to carry

Together, we can untangle what’s overwhelming or confusing, begin to shift long-held emotional patterns, and help you feel more grounded and connected—to yourself and to the people who matter most.

About Sabrina

Hi, I’m Sabrina Gibb, MA, LCPC, LPC, a licensed counselor and psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and abroad.

In therapy, I offer a warm, steady presence—a space where you can speak honestly, even when things are uncertain or overwhelming.

My approach is collaborative and emotionally attuned. I’m certified in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and integrate other evidence-based approaches, tailoring the process to clients’ needs and goals.

Across nine international relocations, I’ve moved through seasons of change, distance, and redefinition. My lived experience informs how I meet others in their own complexity, with presence and care, supporting meaningful growth through unfamiliar chapters of life.

You don’t have to keep pushing through alone.

Get unstuck. Feel what matters most.

Let’s move forward together—toward healing, connection, and a more fulfilling life.
